Governance Structures

The Governance of all Ballarat Diocesan Catholic Schools rests with the Bishop of Ballarat.
The Parish Priest is the Canonical Administrator of All Saints Parish School in consultation with the Principal. The Canonical Administrator employs all staff. Reverend Gregory A.D. Tait is the Canonical Administrator.

The Principal is responsible for the management of the school. Consultation with the Canonical Administrator, Staff and Parents is sought through the Leadership Team, School Advisory Council and the Parents and Friends Association.
The Administration of All Saints Parish School is in full compliance with the directives of the Ballarat Diocesan Catholic Education Office and is accountable to the Ballarat diocesan Bishop and the Director of Catholic Education. Mrs. Olga Lyons has been the Principal of All Saints Parish School since 2014.
